How often the stress level at work put Your mood down ? Once a week ? Twice a week ? Ye, I know it , its every day. Don't worry , same here. We are not privileged enough like some lucky ones. We have to work from 8 to 5 , so lowering our stress levels is very important. Without it, it will just cumulate untill a very funny video of You having a brake down will be uploaded and viewed by milions on YouTube ;)
Some just like to come back home from work, sit on the sofa and while eating not so healthy for them food watch another match of soccer on big(ish) telly box.
Me ... meh . I like to get tired and leave all the worries behind, even if just for a hour or two. So today the game plan was simple. Quick 2h solo leg grinder and testing of new bling-bling parts on the road bike with the sunset over horizon and after, lightning fast clothing change and visit at the gym with my friends.
Head cleared ? You bet !
Now its time have a nice dinner and end the day without any regrets, knowing theres another day coming tomorrow. Something definitely to look forward to
